Are you struggling with your mental health? Wanting to develop your social skills in a safe and calm place? Have a physical or learning disability and want to try new things? Or perhaps you are simply lonely and want to make new friends

What to expect
A warm and friendly welcome
Tea/coffee and chat
Volunteer in the gardens
Time to yourself or time with others
Optional organised sessions including:
- crafting with nature
- gentle yoga and exercise
- aromatherapy
- guided walks around the farm
When
Every Saturday from 18th June 2022
Open 10am-2pm
Drop in any time and stay as long or as little as you like
Cost
£5 per person including tea, coffee and biscuits

Depden Care Farm is signposted on the A143 between Bury St Edmunds and Haverhill.
There is a limited bus service on a Saturday – every 2 hours
There is ample parking
